Ferrero Rocher Christmas Tree

The shining example of beautiful chocolate theme Christmas tree. It’s for public viewing and photos taken at Robinson’s Galleria Supermarket before New Year.What a gracious expression of Christmas decoration. It’s incredibly beautiful! Ferrero Rocher chocolates are stunning partners for a Christmas garland. I don’t know how many pieces were attached but it seems around 5 yards of garland, good enough to cover the whole Christmas tree. The gold color of Ferrero Rocher is equally elegant and splendid, the lavish and expensive effect of decorating tradition of chocolates, color and theme features a good blitz.

Paskotitap Float Festival 2015

One of the most awaited event is the Paskotitap Christmas Lights and Sound Parade or Paskotitap Festival. It is an annual parade held every December in the city of Pasig. Paskotitap is a beautiful exhibition of electronic floats sponsored by participating institutions and schools.The event will also showcased all beautiful designed floats and performances of dance troupes from each school. It was a project of the Rotary Club of Mutya ng Pasig and Ortigas group of Companies with the help of Participating schools, Barangay and City officials.

It was truly was a beautiful Christmas evening last Sunday (December 13,2015). It was a magical night! This year’s Paskotitap Christmas Lights and Sounds presented 14 popular animated themed floats from action, epic, fantasy and adventure movies. Superp floats to represent reastically all the 14 movie-themed concept in distinctive characters; Dragon Ball, Sponge Bob,Pokemon,One Piece, Minion, Star Wars, Avengers, Fantastic Four, Jurassic World, Lord of the Rings, Scoobie Doo, Doraemon and Transformers. It was fun- filled excitement to see all floats colorful decorations, set up with eccentric lights, beautiful music that goes well with the float theme and participating students with elegant and ravishing outfits.

The float designs and artistry is quiet astonishing. A friend behind said, It’s spectacular! People beside me keeps on roaring, cheering and dancing. This parade attracted thousands of people and visitors around Pasig eventually rising to more this year.

This is already my 5^th consecutive year of covering the Paskotitap.I had published the 4 other coverage in the past. I started way back –year 2011 during the Power Puff Girls, Kitty, and Avatar time. For the first 3 years, I’ve published only the evening coverage and all images done by night photography but last year 2014 and up the present, I’ve made double effort to photograph all details ahead of time, that was done at midday and be back again in the evening for my night details. It was a double pressure to do it twice but indeed with pleasure as well. At midday, the colorful features of the float will come out but not as vivid during the night. That’s the difference.

Initially, the event due to start at 6:oo pm but this year, it was delayed to some issues, a float generator is not working and there’s a quick rush to catch up the limited time for installation.

As originally planned to follow the parade directly all the way to Pasig City Hall for the performances and awarding of winners for Group dance contest, Best float and costume design but as expected, traffic has exploded out of proportion, I was caught in a traffic jam for hours because major roads are fully congested.

You can see here all the themed floats creative design and decorations have been brought together in almost perfect coordination possible. I’m here to share the excitement.

The parade started after the live interview of GMA-7 and ABS CBN with Mayor Maribel Eusebio.

No amount of happiness can compensate for documenting this Paskotitap event so i can share it with you. Dream Interpretation

The dream images comes to picture. This is exactly how the bee looks like in my dreams…

Dreaming is somewhat a part of sleeping and it’s extremely common.It can’t be true and no one believe it because it seems quiet opposite. A bad dream comes to me when situation is restless and sick. Usually, I don’t remember my dreams night after, what I see in my dreams; the images, forms and activities may seem meaningless and useless.

One memorable night,I dreamed of honeybees flying around. I’m conscious to remember day after when I woke up. I realized I had been dreaming of bees the whole night. I can simply emphasized having dreamed more often to the same kind. This time, it can’t be regarded.Is it a positive sign or negative? What’s that symbolic content it represents?

I’ve found an old book on ”How to Interpret your dreams, it’s an old version of Reader’s Digest that was given free after a year of subscription. 30 years after it was still safely intact with no missing pages. It was already considered as vintage. According to the book, when honeybees occurs, it’s a positive sign because they gather honey. I just love the interpretation, Is this a modern scientific thought?

Probably the positive significance means I will gather more blessings!That’s a wow thing! What if it will really comes to life?I can now go for fortune hunting because my luck is coming… If finally proven, I will tell you soon and will share it!

To receive a message that comes in a form of a dream. If this is the assigned target given by my dreams, the meaning and the purpose of seeing the past and future. Is it meaningless or helpful? After all it was just a dream, an altered sleep…

Paskotitap Christmas Lights and Sounds Parade 2014

Paskotitap Christmas Lights and Sounds Parade 2014 is a beautiful
exhibition of electronic floats sponsored by participating institutions and schools.

What an extraordinary works of art regarding the tertiary colors of their choice was even more emphasized. It was just the right time to be there because images will show details that it’s worth it! Right? It was completely beautiful, you can view all the real colors of floats at daytime.

All floats are dazzling but what an effort! it was a long daylight exposure for me battling the intense heat from the sun. Paskotitap parade was scheduled at 6:00 pm, I went to check all the floats 3 hours earlier and this is my first time to cover it at daytime. I was just curious to see the accurate colors of all floats and the real images of the movie characters. It was more easier for me because there’s no rushing to snap unlike at night that you move to catch the speed that sometimes it shows blurry images.

You can already distinguished the difference to view all floats at day, if you can see the real colors at daytime, nigh photography shows good special effects, you usually see the bright neon colors are brilliant and vibrant because the light.

GUMAMELA- Black and White Images

Photographs taken yesterday may reveal the beauty of gumamela flower even in black and white colors. It’s not the appropriate color or tones of a flower but you see the details at different times, it was taken during a hazy atmosphere in the afternoon. Getting to know more about the mobile camera application is to try it. Here’s the result of my trial and error! hehehe

Bumblebees – Agent of Pollination

You can view here, clearly shows how they inserted their proboscis through the receptacle of the flower.

Bumblebee, considered as the most stinging bees because of their large size. If you hear the word bees, the first thing that comes into your mind in connection with honey and stinging pain but it is useful to humans because of their honey supply.

Being called as an insect pollinator, they are adopted to the flower of their choice. from the 2nd and 4th photos, you can see the bumblebees tuber-like mouth part(tongue or proboscis) to suck up the nectar of their chosen flowers. The nectar is converted within the bee into honey, pollen is mixed with honey or nectar to make bee bread as food of young bees.

Cabbage White Butterfly

Cabbage White Butterfly

I really thought that it was a moth because of its size and pale shade of colors but to distinguish accurately the curious feature of this species is that butterflies has different colorful patterns on their wings that folds vertically side ward. From details of photos below, you can see how they hold their wings vertically while pollinating the flower.

There are many different species in the garden mostly tiny-like creatures usually found in the backyard and others generally found on neglected plants. Flowers here particularly to be damaged because of their presence as they are considered as garden pests too. I don’t have enough time to drive all these insects, nature will soon eliminate them and disappear. Particular attention for butterflies as frequent visitors, they come on the same time to pollinate the flowers, definitely it’s a great asset for the day!

Beautiful Tree Sparrow

There are many species of sparrows worldwide like; house sparrows, rock sparrows to name a few… but this frequent visitor in the garden is a tree sparrow, finally came earlier than expected. A tree sparrow is a small bird, has a brown crown and white neck markings, as shown here the patch of white beneath the chin. You can see large flocks in rural and urban areas feeding on the ground as they usually prefer dry lands.

Turtle Dove Gallery

A small and slim dove with a fan-shaped spotted wings.They are very easy to spot as they come to visit regularly and spend much time on the ground. They mixed with other flocks of tree and house sparrows searching for food around preferably, chicken feeds and scraps.

Tree Sparrows-Morning Visitors in the Garden

Tree sparrows are my loyal visitors in the garden, they always make repeated visits even without feeders, I’m not ready install that for now, I will just wait for them as they are always be welcomed around, our backyard is free anyway, that they come and go! What I want to create is a good artistic style for the close range, I cannot touch them so do not expect perfection, just a natural looking tree sparrow to show you.
