When the morning sun rises in the east,You can view it in our own backyard. The sun’s rays spread out, creates brilliant-sparkling colors of pink, orange, blue, yellow and dark shadows pointing directly to the flowers. When the honeybees approach the flowers to pollinate,It helps bring bright and brilliant shadows. At closer range images, the morning sun passes through behind reflecting from above and the effect is quiet brilliant. You really cannot compare the beauty of the natural light. The sun shines beautifully in the morning. Even if the bees and the flower is too small but, looks stunning from the light above. It’s an opportunity providing me a dramatic and interesting images.I loved it!
Bees in flight are very difficult to photograph.I am a careful observer. I guess, because of daily shooting with the bees, They already get used to my presence and approachable. I’m just nearby in a closer distance to take close-up shots.I’m using different record modes to a specie which is difficult to photographed; foliage, low light, vivid colors, to mention some. To prove it to you, Got great number of images of the different movements and actions of bees while pollinating the flowers.I’m just experimenting and trying different tecniques using good subjects and the natural light of the day in a very distinctive way. What do you think? Is it a useful principle for an amateur photographer?
What a beautiful morning surprise! Large flock of birds continously chirping at my window this morning. I look out and saw the tree sparrows. Immediately, I went outside without delay with camera on hand. Because of excitement, I didn’t wait any longer to watch them. I keep still in one corner pausing quietly and moved closer to get a good view. I don’t see any available hides beside me but, I was able to photographed the birds before they disappeared in seconds.
The Tree sparrows, a very similar and most common species of bird.A greyish-brown in colour and feathers appeared to white, black and brown combination. They look stunning with the bright blue sky at the background. They all sat on an old branch of a Chico tree. They are active grooming exclusively in the morning.Though I hear sparrows chirping outside every morning, This is my first time to see them all together.A little bit close-up,You can see them sitting comfortably while grooming with more detail. What a great number!
I was even amazed to see them cleaning their feathers, spreading their wings, lifting to the right and left direction. Some hiding their heads and scratched all over. I guess, It’s a daily morning grooming. I have enjoyed watching them cleaning everything.
I love the higher pitch sound of the tree sparrows, but it’s just like music to my ear. Bird watching is really exciting!I don’t need to head off watching the birds in some areas. My own garden provides the natural environment for the birds to come.

I found birds to be an interesting subject but, challenging one. It’s really hard to photograph a bird; keeps on changing position and they don’t keep still. Perhaps, I need to learn about bird’s behavior in order to cope with it. My problem is how to get closer in order to get a sharp image.Lately,I’ve made lots of errors resulting to blurry and faded images. I’ve been practicing for a week now and, I hope I can improve it in the coming weeks to come. I want my photography result to be as good as these ”MIGRATORY BIRDS,’‘ and this one,”THE OWL,SILENT HUNTERS OF THE NIGHT.’‘
In our garden, the same kind of birds visiting everyday.Fruit trees in our backyard attracted different species of birds. I can only see four kinds that my own backyard provides, and probably the most common ones. It’s just as boring to see the same kind of birds. Do I really need to go on adventure to the forest to shoot all kinds? That would be exciting!
In here, If you check the image of my bird above, You don’t see any tail,I’ve missed it.That’s one error I’ve made.I’m not even ashame to show and publish my first bird image because I will learn from these. It’s correcting my mistakes in a way that benefitted my photography.I need a guidance to make a good image result.Tomorrow,I will buy a book about photographing birds. I think it will help. . I just hope you, photographers out there will share your smart tecnique in photographing the birds. Check any improvement in the coming days. I just hope I can make it!
These are very attractive and adorable creatures. When the sun shines, the colour of the wings are glittering.
After the dry, here comes the wet.Dry summer months has ended and here comes the rain again. To the place where I live, We are currently experiencing dark cloudiness brought by the southwest moonsoon that brings rain to other areas. From June to September, the ground is always wet, and dry season occur from December to May. The first week of June greeted the land with heavy downpour, It rained continously that drove the insects away.
However, Today is a blessing! The morning sun is up and I feel comfortable to hang out at the bench of the backyard garden. I feel relaxed, sort of a therapy that relieves my stress after a hard day’s work. Relaxing in the garden simply means enjoying with the company of the birds, bees and butterflies. The scene around is more entertaining to view. Two beautiful and friendly butterflies visited the flowers and again, I don’t want to miss the lovely scene. They move slower than expected. See how it looks! My camera is always ready for a scene like these. How friendly? They were very friendly that they don’t change direction every time.
I only have 2 wishes upon chasing them; not the rain drops and the wind blows. Sometimes, If you don’t have the patience to follow these butterflies, You’ll not succeed. When the wind blows, the flowers are shaking, makes the butterfly moves on so quickly fast turning into another direction or just flew away.I hope these guys will come back again tomorrow for another photoshoot. My wish for them, they will live longer for more weeks. I will just treat them the way they deserve to be treated.
Our garden provides me a new subject everyday. Here’s the new one but I’m not so sure if this is a butterfly or a moth. It’s smaller than the standard size of the butterfly but still, alike and similar with each other. For me, It’s more of a moth as the body is too fat and hairy. Anyway,To see the difference between both creatures; a butterfly and a moth. You can compare the 2 creatures. Both lovely and attractive!
This winged creature is so attractive in color. See the color pattern. The only difference I can see is the furry body and legs of a moth, It’s bigger and fat compared to a butterfly. The butterfly on the other side is thin.I’m not so sure if I’m right. Any gardeners out there? What’s this creature? Is it a butterfly? or a moth? Anyone?
